Project Overview
BRABUS Island is the first real estate project of the German automotive brand BRABUS, developed by Cosmo Developments on almost 100,000 sq m in the Al Seef district of Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. Four high-rise towers above the waterfront hold 350 apartments of two to four bedrooms, from about AED 2.86 million, and a second chapter adds 92 beach, lake and twin villas, townhouses, penthouses and VIP villas.
The island has its own beach, a marina, pools and gardens, with BRABUS-designed lobbies and interiors, minutes from Zayed International Airport and the Abu Dhabi city centre. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2029.
