Our role

ORA PROPERTIES is a real estate broker. We are not the developer or the owner of the projects shown on this website, unless we say so clearly. Projects are built, marketed and sold by their developers, and any purchase is made under a separate agreement between the buyer and the developer or seller.

Information about projects and developers — including prices, payment plans, handover dates, unit types and sizes, amenities, locations and availability — is based on the developers' published materials and other public sources. It is provided for general information only:

• it can change at any time without notice, and it may not be complete or up to date;
• prices are indicative and, where shown, are starting prices; they do not include fees, charges or taxes unless stated;
• images, renderings and plans may be artist's impressions and are for illustration only;
• nothing on this website is an offer, a reservation or a contract.

Before making any decision, please confirm the details with us and with the developer, and review the official sale documents and registrations that apply to the property.
