About this policy

This website is operated by ORA PROPERTIES LLC (trade licence number 1153999), a real estate brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ORA PROPERTIES", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

It applies to visitors of this website and to anyone who contacts us through it. Our office address and contact details are on the Contact page. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@oraproperties.ae.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through a form on this website — for example Get in Touch, Contact Us, Sell Your Property, a service enquiry, or a brochure, floor plan or payment plan request — we collect:

your full name, email address and phone number;
your message, if you write one;
the type of request, the page you sent it from and, where relevant, the project or service it is about;
the language you were using;
the date and time you agreed to this Privacy Policy and the version you agreed to.

Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through the website forms. We do not ask for them online.

The newsletter is optional. If you tick the newsletter box yourself, we store your email address, the date and time of your consent, the version of the consent text, the language you used and the page you signed up from. You can ask us to stop sending it at any time.

Job applications (Join Our Team)

If you apply through the Join Our Team form, we collect your full name, email address and phone number, the position or area you are interested in and your message (if you give them), your CV, the page you applied from, the language you used, and the date, time and version of the Privacy Policy you agreed to.

We use your application only to assess your suitability for roles at ORA PROPERTIES and to contact you about suitable opportunities. Sending an application does not create an offer or a promise of employment.
Your CV is stored in private storage that is never published on the internet. Only authorised ORA PROPERTIES management staff can open it after signing in, and every view or download is recorded.
We do not share your application outside ORA PROPERTIES except with the service providers that host the website and its backups, or when the law requires it.
Applications are not deleted automatically. Authorised staff delete them when they are no longer needed for recruitment, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing info@oraproperties.ae.

Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in your CV or message.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address and browser details with each enquiry or job application, to protect our forms against spam and abuse.
Campaign details from the link you followed to reach us (the standard "utm" parameters, such as the campaign name), stored with your enquiry so we understand which advertising brings enquiries.
Technical records kept by the web server for security and troubleshooting, such as the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. They are kept for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Essential cookies that keep the website working and secure (see "Cookies").

How we use your information

to answer your enquiry and follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp about the properties, projects or services you asked about;
to discuss selling your property, if you asked us to contact you about it;
to send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed;
to keep a record of your consent;
to protect the website and our forms from misuse, spam and fraud;
to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve our service;
to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a real estate brokerage.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not sell your personal information.

Your consent

Every enquiry form asks you to agree to this Privacy Policy before you send it, and we store when you agreed and to which version. Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate, optional choice. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Who can see your information

Your enquiry is stored in our website administration system. Only authorised ORA PROPERTIES staff can open it, each with a personal account and a role that limits what they can see and change. We share your information only when needed:

with the service providers that host and operate this website, its database and backups, and our email, who may process it only to provide their service to us;
with a property developer or another party involved in your request, only when this is needed to answer it and, where required, with your agreement;
with authorities, courts or professional advisers when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies only. They are needed for the website to work and to protect it:

a session cookie that keeps the website working during your visit;
a security cookie (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects the forms against forged submissions;
for ORA PROPERTIES staff who sign in to the administration area, a sign-in cookie and, if they choose "Remember me", a cookie that keeps them signed in.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Maps on this website are provided by Google Maps. When a map is shown, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own policy and received on our business phone.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which handle your information under their own policies.
The fonts and other files that display this website are served from our own server, not from third-party networks.

Where your information is stored

This website, its database and its backups are hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Its servers may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. When your information is stored or processed outside the UAE, we take the steps required by applicable law to keep it protected.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries and consent records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our relationship with you, and to meet the legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations that apply to us. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe. We review stored enquiries regularly and delete or anonymise information we no longer need, and we act on deletion requests as described under "Your rights".

We keep encrypted backup copies of the website so that it can be recovered after a failure. Information that has been deleted from the website can remain in these backups until they are replaced on a rolling schedule.

How we protect your information

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff with personal accounts, strong passwords and role-based permissions; administrative changes are logged; backups are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where it applies, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
delete your information, or restrict or object to how we use it;
stop sending you the newsletter or withdraw your consent.

To make a request, email info@oraproperties.ae. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, our services or the law changes. The current version is shown at the bottom of this page, and each enquiry records the version that was in place when it was sent.
