Dalia at Masaar 3

Dalia is the newest phase of Masaar 3, Arada's forest community in Sharjah's Rowdat suburb, where the first two phases sold out within hours of release. It offers 338 individually designed homes: two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas, each with a garden, balconies, covered parking and an ensuite maid's room.

Official prices start from AED 2,070,000 for a two-bedroom townhouse (1,959 sq ft), AED 2,665,000 for a three-bedroom townhouse (2,289 sq ft), AED 3,060,000 for a four-bedroom townhouse (2,559 sq ft) and AED 4,705,000 for a four-bedroom villa (3,765 sq ft), on a plan of 5% down, 30% during construction and 65% on completion. Masaar 3 has 12 km of cycling and jogging trails, more than 100,000 trees, a swimmable waterfall lagoon, a community centre and café, a sports park with basketball and padel courts, a family pool and a kids' adventure playground, about 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
