Fahid Beach Terraces

Fahid Beach Terraces is a premium beachfront community of six buildings by Aldar on Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi's first coastal wellness destination and the world's first Fitwel-certified island. Launched in August 2025 as the third residential development on the island, it is designed by architect Koichi Takada with interiors by M&L, and offers 501 residences: one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes and six five-bedroom penthouses, with direct access to the beach, the promenade and Coral Drive.

The Club House includes a sea-view gym, fitness studios, a spa with salt relaxation zones, cold plunge pools and private treatment suites, a cinema and a private dining room. The podium has gardens, yoga and meditation pavilions, three 25-metre infinity pools and children's play zones, and a waterfront Sports Plaza adds volleyball and padel courts and outdoor fitness areas. King's College School Wimbledon is within walking distance, and the buildings target Fitwel 2-star, Estidama 3 Pearl and LEED Gold.
