Haven by Aldar is Aldar's first residential community in Dubai, a wellness-inspired suburban neighbourhood in Dubailand opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort. It combines three- and four-bedroom townhouses and four- to six-bedroom villas with Verdes by Haven, Aldar's first apartment offering in Dubai, whose launch sold more than 660 homes, and later apartment releases such as Forest.
