Naseem Al Bahar

Naseem Al Bahar is a gated community of 80 two-storey townhouse villas by Rawasi Real Estate in the Al Faseel neighbourhood of Fujairah, about two minutes on foot from the beach. It was presented as the first residential project in Fujairah to target an Estidama 2 Pearl sustainability rating, and the four-bedroom homes offer about 3,336 sq ft of built-up area with two living areas and a back yard.

Solar panels, LED lighting, double glazing and heat-resistant, thermally insulated roofs are designed to cut water use by up to 50 per cent and reduce electricity costs, and the community provides charging points for electric vehicles. The villas are completed and are offered to UAE and GCC nationals to buy or rent.
