Amenities include kids' clubs, a wellness pod, co-working lounges, a pet spa and grooming studio, a communal hub called The Other Space and a wellbeing club with fitness, spa and pool facilities. The development targets a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating.
